Guest guest Posted February 8, 2011 Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 Yes, I get these too. Started with hot hands after 4 months on 3ml. All mainly in bed at night. Quite a bit better now but I re act to everything so I just go to kinesiologist to help me desensitize to this.Hang in there. Trish good day - just started on 5-htp and are there any side effects ?ldn - may have asked this before so forgive me, no sleep depreviation as 1st month 1ml, 2nd month 2ml, 3rd month uped to 4ml. getting hot and cold flushes and wondered has anyone else felt like this ?appreciate any replythanks peter Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
