Guest guest
My lyme symptoms included hip pain, muscular and skeletal pain, fatigue, loss of stamina, restless legs. After four years of being told it was fibromyalgia, (standard titers came back negative for lyme) I was tested by a hematologist who found the positive lyme. After a little less than a year on a variety of antibiotics, I finally started getting well. I am about 90% back to my old self, a true marvel, and I will forever be a living example of long term lyme and the efficacy of prolonged antibiotics. The human body is an incredibly complex machine, and there are so many things that can go wrong with it. I think many people may latch onto lyme because they don't know what else they could possibly have. However, if it looks like lyme, smells like lyme, then it is most likely lyme. Good luck. Find an LLMD in your area, and never give up. No one should have to live with constant pain. Debbie
