Wow, these "doctors" are getting meaner. Whenever I hear this, I always go back to the thought that these are simple people, simply "surviving" in any way they can.

Why should any doctor endanger his/her job and security by writing scripts that their HMO employer says is not allowed? And since the HMOs and other organizations are under the control of Pharma, "sell the product", I fear we are to be subjugated for quite a while longer.

I certainly hope you and your wife can find another path away from all this professional trash.
