When I increased my magnesium, as well as being gluten free, caffeine free, sugar free, while increasing my daily magnesium, the tendonitis disappeared. I thought the Lyme was back a couple of months ago, as my left arm was very painful and I couldn't raise it up, but found out it was a pinched nerve in my neck....at the same time I got back my Western Blot from IgeneX, which showed NO active Lyme....
