I just went and read the Wikipedia entry on Lyme:

<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lyme_disease>

If Wormser didn't write it, one of his minions did.

We need somebody credible to present the other side of this. Wikipedia

is the go-to source for basic information, for both the public and the

media. Having this execreble entry out there really hurts us. It can't

be allowed to stand.

I believe my husband was working on this last night, correcting errors re.

Lyme.  Problem with Wikipedia is that anyone can edit it and my husband, a

frequent contributor there, said that someone will probably change it again and

that will go back and forth till a sort of consensus is reached.  But I know

he'll keep an eye on it :-)

Is it the belief that long term antibiotics don't work and the belief that there

is no such thing as chronic lyme that you are upset about or is there other

things as well? I just read it and I am curious---

Thanks.

That may be true for many subjects, but there are other subjects where only a

very limited viewpoint may be presented, so large groups of knowledgeable and

experienced people are shut out. It showed me how unreliable Wikipedia is,

although I'll admit in areas I'm not familiar I often start there.
