LDN with single steroid dose for IGg IV

I am new to this treatment - 5 days in so far. Feeling extra tired and not

sleeping well but hopeful. I currently receive IGg IVs every 4 weeks for immune

deficiency. If the LDN works and improves my immune system, among other health

problems, I would stop the IVs. For now I feel that I should continue the IGg

for awhile, but am always given a 100mg dose of steroids before each IV to

prevent a reaction. I don't think that I can do the IV without that dose as have

had bad reactions in the past. Is there a danger taking the LDN the day before

or is it just wasted? I would assume the steroids would be back out of my

system in a day or two. Should I just skip one or two doses? Do the endorphin

or other beneficial levels drop very quickly if a dose is skipped? I will be

checking with my doctor but any information in this area would be helpful.
