Guest guest
Hello Friends, If you are squeamish about the details of intestinal processes and elimination, you might just want to move past this email. = When I was active on this list several years ago there was a lot of talk about the Hulda liver cleanse/gall bladder cleanse and I went through the process twice. That made me familiar with eliminating 100s or 1000s of little " green peas " from the liver ducts and gall bladder once the colon was cleaned out. I've had it happen unintentionally today after having my lower GI tract seriously irritated by days of taking enteric coated aspirin for arthritis, and having diarrhea the last 36 hours. Those of you familiar with the Hulda cleanse, do you have any ideas about what to do next? I don't want to stop the process before it's over, for fear of having toxic liver/gall bladder garbage stay in my system. At the same time I think I got seriously dehydrated this afternoon and don't think I yet have enough water in my cells. I've also barely eaten; I've felt too sick to do so since the aspirin seriously inflamed and irritated my intestines. Good thing I've gone through a planned cleanse or I really would freaked out seeing a toilet bowl full of " little green peas! " Any suggestions about healthy steps to take now would be appreciated.
