I am in the " wait-and-see " mode. I started LDN 18 days ago beginning with 1.5mg on first day. On the 3rd and 4th day upped to 4.5mg and experienced severe vertigo. Backed down and slowly uped the dose to 4.5mg until now. 4.5mg for 7 days now. I started DCA 13 days ago, 3.5mg am and pm. 5 days a week, off weekends. The last 3 nights on this regimin I have still been experiencing slight diziness AND at bedtime I am now having this lump just below my sternum that is very sore when pressed. It feels like a heartburn and I belch some. What do you suppose this is. Should I stop taking any of this? I do take the bedtime dose of LDN and DCA at the same time, is this ok? I have an appointment to see my internist a week from today. I want him to monitor me while taking LDN and DCA. All commentary kindly appreciated. Try to take LDN all on its own until it gets to where it needs to go.
