WOW! Your symptoms, and the " assistance " from your medical practioners, are both classic in this group. > So Ive been reading some of the blogs, but I havent seen one that > says " CURED " ! > Please tell me this can be tamed. No " But too many treatments, and not enough cure; And there's too many experts and doctors unsure. "
Guest guest
Diagnosed with Lyme in July 2007, (tick bite while vacationing in Taos New Mexico) I have been on and off Doxy since then and Vicuprofen for the pain. Whenever I go off my meds--thinking I'm cured--it flares up again. My main symptom is terrible burning in my joints. (feels like someone is holding a flame to them!) I'm wondering if a person ever gets rid of Lyme. Or does it just turn into something else? arthritis, fybromyalgia, etc? Viv
