Guest guest
My 14 year old daughter was diagnosed with lyme 7 months ago, has been on oral abx since then, started IV rocephin two weeks ago. Just this weekend, we've noticed when she starts to eat certain foods (bread, cereal, maybe others) she starts to have difficulty breathing. She doesn't even ingest the food--she just places it in her mouth. Last night she had barely touched a piece of bread with her lips when she dropped it and started gasping. After a few seconds she was okay. It's still early in Calif., but obviously there will be calls in to the various docs this a.m. Just wondering if all this means anything to you folks?
