Guest guest
Hi I have SPMS and was plagued with sinus/mucous which caused choking and MS exacerbations. LDN keeps me really well no colds, sinus or choking but this did not happen straight away – maybe after I had been taking LDN for 6 months. Then I had to stop for a couple of months due to an allergic reaction & trouble with my pump. The colds, sinus & choking came back. Now I am back taking LDN transdermally & only 2.00mg or less & all cold & sinus & choking gone within days. I would really recommend that you persevere but try reducing the dose (strength & frequency). That’s the best thing about transdermal – it is really easy to adjust the dose. Good luck Trish From: low dose naltrexone [mailto:low dose naltrexone ] On Behalf Of S Sent: Tuesday, 5 October 2010 2:06 AM low dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Hello everyone I have a question, perhaps someone can shed some light upon? Good morning all, My question is in regard to recently having what I think is a bad cold, but more. Two weeks and two days ago began a sore throat, which in the past signified a cold coming on. However, this has been dragging on and on. I'm living with MS, have been taking LDN for four months now, and feel like I've just gone backward four months, feeling and functioning as I did; prior to LDN and other supplements the medical intuitive has had me taking. Can it be that this illness that keeps dragging on, is causing temporary backsliding; or what does anyone think? This frightens me, for I want to go forward and was doing fairly well. I do not wish to go back to taking injections of copaxone. Thank you for your time and any feedback you may provide me. Have a safe and good day and week everyone.
