Hi Nara,Good to hear you sticking with LDN. It may just take a bit longer for your body to get used to it. Regarding the rashes. Not knowing what is causing them, I'll just mention two things that have been wonderful with rashes and similar. But you have to try and see if they would help yours. The first one is organic pure coconut oil. If your room temp is cool or cold, the oil will be wax like, but as soon as it hit your body it will melt. If the temp is warmer, it will be in an oil form. This oil has so many benefits to the body whether applied to the skin or taken orally or even used in cooking. But in the cases of rashes, especially those burning ones, it not only moisturizes the skin but is very soothing. A friend of mine with a similar long term condition says that coconut oil

is her life saver. The other one is natural Aloe Vera, straight from the plant. Aloe Vera is a succulent (cactus like) and all you do is break off a small part of the leaf and break it open, Out will come an oily gel. Smear this on the rash. Aloe Vera is an amazing treatment for many many skin conditions, however not for all conditions. If you want to try some, I suggest you apply just a bit in a small area and see how it goes. If the result is good, then you can go further. As I said, It does well with many skin conditions, but it's not something that you use all the time as it can tend to dry the skin out with too much use. But otherwise, the healing properties are great.Have these rashes only been appearing since going on LDN? If so, it may be an indication that the boost to your immune system is helping your body get rid of something that

shouldn't be there and it's coming out through the sin.n
