Hi,

I have polymyositis, closely related to DM. I have been on prednisone

for months, at about 5mg. My inflammation recently got worse,

I was asked to move up to 10mg prednisone.

A month ago, when I asked this group about LDN for polymyositis, a couple people

wrote and said they have had considerable improvement

in their conditions.

I have been on 1.5mg LDN capsules for a month, with no clear

improvement except for a bit more energy during the daytime,

and some gain in calf muscle strength (through exercise).

Still, I plan to continue on LDN for a few more months. Hopefully

I can go up to 3.0mg LDN in a few days.
