I ordered LDN in capsules for ''starter''

Now i want to order The Alpha Lipoic Acid, but wich one is best ?

Alpha Lipoic Acid by Bio-Tech OR Metabolic Maintenance ?

Or is there any better ?

And how muchshall i take for a start ?

Im kind of nervous about it, but i do not want to go back to Tysabri ! =0(
