Starting LDN tonight - any suggestions?

I picked up my new prescription for LDN this evening and will be taking my first

dose tonight. Is there anything I need to be aware of? This will be my first

experience and I'm looking forward to it but at the same time I'm experiencing

anxiety. What the heck am I doing to myself?

I was diagnosed with MS 6 1/2 years ago and have been on Betaseron since then. I

know of no other way of MS life without my Betaseron so this is new territory

for me. I'm cautiously optimistic.

My Neuro wants me to remain on Betaseron and try out LDN (my request) at 2mg for

about a month and let her know what I think. She's starting me out at 2mg LDN

because I'm very med sensitive and my tolerance is low. I kid you not, when it

comes to any type of medication to treat my symptoms I always have to take

whatever the lowest dosage is. What is deemed therapeutic for most people is too

much for me. I guess you could say that the therapeutic dose of any medication

is below standard (for me).

Anyway, I'm looking at the clock and waiting for bedtime to try my first dose.
