Answers to your questions:

1. That is an advertisement for ThreeLac and it definitely doesn't help, so

that's why I don't recommend it.

2. Candida is not contagious since it is created in each persons' body

independent of anyone else or any outside influences of any kinds.

3. You don't have to take coconut oil by the spoonful. Find as many ways as you

can to add it foods, in order to get enough of it.

4. Enemas are very helpful for people who have digestive, liver or lymphatic

problems (swelling of lymph nodes), but they aren't absolutely necessary in

order to get healthy. You can get colonics at a professional clinic if you

wish.
