Going back on LDN after surgery and vicodin

Hi, I had surgery about a month ago and was taking 500 mg vicodin for pain up

until recently. I never took more than one pill a day and skipped several days

on and off when I was feeling OK. How many days do I have to be totally off the

vicodin before starting back on LDN? I have heard 2 weeks but that sounds kind

of excessive. I don't see that I would be going into withdrawal if I jump back

on LDN immediately, as I have not had any withdrawal on the days I went without

the vicodin.

Also can I go right back to 4.5 mg or must I start with a smaller dose? I'm

anxious to get back on it right away.
