Starting LDN @ May, 09, this is my experience:I immediately began sleeping 6 or 7 hrs , vs 4 hours previously.Within a few weeks, the rheumatoid arthritis in both hands and both feet began to subside.Within a few weeks, the vitiligo - which is everywhere - began to fill in.Along the way I had thyroid problems that interfered with LDN and it took a few months to get that resolved.Fast forward sixteen months:Almost never have rheumatoid arthritis pain. Deformities in hands are almost completely gone as well.Vitiligo is almost completely filled in.Fibro pain is gone most days, otherwise very reduced.What I am left with today:Extreme chronic fatigue.
