Guest guest
Hi, AngelI have forgotten what your ailments are, but if more than a couple then you need to give LDN at least a year. Starting LDN @ May, 09, this is my experience:I immediately began sleeping 6 or 7 hrs , vs 4 hours previously.Within a few weeks, the rheumatoid arthritis in both hands and both feet began to subside.Within a few weeks, the vitiligo - which is everywhere - began to fill in.Along the way I had thyroid problems that interfered with LDN and it took a few months to get that resolved.Fast forward sixteen months:Almost never have rheumatoid arthritis pain. Deformities in hands are almost completely gone as well.Vitiligo is almost completely filled in.Fibro pain is gone most days, otherwise very reduced.I continue to take LDN 4.5 each night. These are my conditions now:Extreme chronic fatigue. I think I have the retro virus XMRV and am taking Carnivora for this. It will be months before I can expect a major improvement but I have high hopes."Thick blood" (extremely high fibrin in blood) where the capillaries can not carry oxygen to many parts of the mind and body. Also, fast clotting is a serious factor as it can cause strokes & heart attacks, etc. For this I am on a heavy dose of Natto. I expect it will be months before I can expect a major improvement but I have high hopes.Hypertension. Natto should bring down my blood pressure.Hypothyroidism. No LDN improvement here as it is not Hashi. I continue to take 75 mg armour plus 25 mg T4 per day.Adrenal fatigue. I take 300 mg natural grandular adrenal supplement per day. Again, I have high hopes. There are a couple of points I want to make in favor of LDN, over the long haul. Yes, it has made some of my problems go away, and several other problems back off. The big LDN plus with me is that I gradually became able to sort out all the different issues I have and deal with them separately. Before LDN I was in so much pain, with so much brain fog, that I could not tell where one misery stopped and another one started. As they say, LDN is not a stand-alone. But until you can sort out all your problems you may have no clue what else you need. That can take time. So give yourself that gift.
