Don't worry. Only good things will happen with LDN. Aside from perhaps

more vivid dreams for a few days.

Recommend a warm (but not too hot) bath before bed with epsom salts in

it. The magnesium sulfate is absorbed by the skin and eases sleep.

There's no reason to be fearful so try to let that go. The anxiety does no

good.

I'm surprised no one else responded to this. It's not recommended. Dr. Bob

Lawrence writes:

" Contraindications and Special Precautions: Because LDN stimulates the immune

system and many of the drugs routinely used by the NHS in the treatment of MS

further suppress the immune system, LDN cannot be used in company with steroids,

beta interferon, methotrexate, azathioprine or mitozantrone or any other immune

suppressant drug. "

The entire text at this link would be a good read for you, blueeyesblue.

There's info about dosing and side effects as well.

Do you think the betaseron is doing you any good? I never used any dmd's and

found LDN early on. It's been my first and only treatment, which I think is a

good thing. May as well start with something that's not destructive at the same

time.

here, LDN user 7 plus years....ask to be put on 3.5mg of LDN since your

doc insists on you taking an immunosuppressant with it. The immunosuppressant

will possibly lessen the effects of the LDN so instead of 2mg LDN ask for 3.5mg.
