LDN doseage re: body weight?

Does anyone know if the doseage of LDN is affected by body weight? I weigh now

about 100 lbs and I'm taking 3.0 comfortably. If a 200 lb person takes 4.5

should I take the same dose for the same effect? Is a lower dose appropriate for

a lower weight?

Also I am taking Melatonin...can it be taken at the same time as LDN?
