Should I get Na-RALA, stabilized R-ALA, the sustained one which so far I´ve only seen in the, I suppose it´s the ´s´ version because it doesn´t say it´s the ´r´ version.... I´m confused...... I know some say (Burt Berkson for one) to get the metabolic maintenance one but this one only seems to come in the ´s´ version and I keep reading that the ´r´ version is so much better bio-available.....
