Guest guest
Good morning, I'm a sort of newbie.... began on 1.5 25 days ago, and then went to 3.0 9 days ago Concerns of M.S. ('only' fatigue and cognitive, pretty much, mild otherwise for at least 30 years) and MCS (aka brain allergyies), mild hypothyroid, maybe very mild Asperger's, maybe very mild agoraphobia (or hermit tendencies <grin>) My holistic doctor is expecting me to go to 4.5; she is excited with many other patients doing VERY well. Pretty much all I have seen is that I am VERY sleepy much of the time. Good part is that I am getting a good night's sleep, which I hadn't previously, But I just want to lie down and doze ALL the time during the day (granted I had that somewhat anyway, but maybe it's worse? a little anyway?) Filler is the avicel (? ) anyway the cellulose which sounded good as I tend to be very drug sensitive (hence my seeing an holistic doctor) - never on the MS drugs ok, so I'm only 25 days into the program... I had expected the 3.0 dose to be 'it'. and I had expected early good reaction.... walking, balance, strength, urinary, 'stiffness' (from neck arthritis), seem unchanged I think I didn't change diet -- which is Meals on Wheels, including sugar - I do exclude the milk But if I go on four day rotation diet omitting sugar and additives, I'd be better without the LDN, probably.... and I feel just too tired/apathetic to cook even -- which is how come I went onto the Meals on Wheels... Sometimes I have been 'contrary' on drugs -- tried several MS 'stimulants' and they either put me to overwhelming sleep or just a rapid heartbeat. I did get errands finally done in the last few days, but that's partly because it is cooler with lower pollen strength. Most of the stuff is still in the car, as I 'crashed' when I got home. thoughts, please? thanks, I've been reading posts gratefully and faithfully since beginning
