Guest guest
Hello- I am new to the group and am looking forward to getting information and feedback from this group. I have Autoimmune Hashimoto's Thyroididitis. I have suffered from symptoms of the disease for 14 years Regardless of thyroid medication and dosage. About 9 months ago, I started LDN therapy with GREAT results. My antibodies(Microsomal TPO-ab and Thyroglobulin Antibodies)began to go down with LDN therapy, 4MG taken nightly. Within a month or so I began to see a MAJOR reduction in my thyroid disease symptoms, which where clearly caused by the autoimmune process and high levels of antibodies. However, about a month ago, my symptoms came back! Nothing has chaged regarding the LDN therapy-same dosase, same pharmacy, etc. But the therapy just stopped working for me. In my blood test results last week, it showed my anti bodies have shot throught the roof WHILE taking LDN. My doctor is stumped. Anyone have any idea as to why LDN therapy can cease to be effective?? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Anne
