Guest guest
I have been unable to affect my body's acidity (as measured by CO2 levels in blood tests) through diet. Is there any other reliable (and not insanely expensive) way of correcting this? My mother and son both have tested similarly - and both have very low D and B12 levels, as well, and we all have symptoms of dysfunctional digestive systems. I've been taking probiotics and enzymes, but it hasn't been terribly effective in terms of raising my D & B levels or in terms of changing those low CO2 levels. Thanks, Eileen
