Guest guest
Hi , About two years ago I was diagnosed as having hypoglycemia. My usual was to work without food until a job was done and then tend to eating. Over the years, I had quite a few 'spells' where I would suddenly nearly be in a coma, having to lie down or fall, eyes closed, could hear and talk but not open my eyes or get up. This would go away after awhile and life would go on. It never dawned on me there might be a problem since I was so healthy otherwise and could work from sun up until late in the night most of the time. This doctor tested me for this condition but I'm not sure why. He said, all diabetics had hypoglycemia but not all hypoglycemic's get diabetes. The solution was to eat more often and more protein, which in my case was peanut butter. Just one person's view here and no more 'spells' since I understood the problem.
