hi.

i take 10mgs of 4-AP (aminopyridione) x3's a day for spasms and weakness, especially in my legs.. i have not had a spasm since taking it (2 years) and i can tell when the next dose is due because i get the weakness everywhere. the doctor that calls in my LDN also calls in the 4-AP.Oct 3, 2010 05:57:19 AM, pmkerbel@... wrote:

After taking LDN for 3 weeks the first >symptom to improve was the left leg which became flexible ( for the first time >in years) in the middle of the night. Over the next few weeks later the flexibility >in the leg continued to improve & extend into the day in that it could bend >down enough for me to kneel and mobility is much improved. There is no improvement in the foot >but I think the splint weakens it. Have you tried electro stimulation for the >foot drop? I would try that before being forced into a splint.

My RLS are definitely allergy related >and I can control them best by watching chemicals/synthetics/preservatives. If >RLS a worry I ride a cross trainer till they stop. There is a new Australian magnesium >etc supplement especially for RLS which my friends say really works but I can’t take >because of allergies.

LDN has given me back my smell & >taste, my voice, better balance, better mobility, no more sinus, stopped choking. >I have not given up on the leg yet.
