Though I have always had benign or opposite reactions to meds since childhood. I think the infant/early childhood trauma did something to my brain chemistry because sleep meds either do not work on me at all or cause insomnia. I took Ambien two nights in a row. Ended up with migraines and rebound insomnia. It felt like a biochemical war was going on in my brain - very weird sensation. Opiates don't work on me, benzos do. The B6 in the multi is too much for me. I need to find a good quality multi with less. I am also on a rotation diet switching all the foods every other day. This diet has reduced pain and fatigue quite a bit for me. I have gone gluten free for 4 months - no change with being gluten free or being back on gluten every other day. I am on 80% organic and no GMO products. Meds: I was sleeping well on the evening meds before LDN. prevacid - 30 mg pm only I skip this one if I don't need it Clonazepam .25 mg pm only doxepin 25 mg pm only - I've been on this for 19 years. Gone off 3 times and had to go back on. Cannot get deep sleep or maintain decent mood without it. metformin XR 500 am and pm - this one I could probably drop Revatio 20 mg 3x/day - same drug as viagara - needed for pulmonary hypertension Supplements melatonin 5 mg pm only Vitamin D 4000 IU am only Folopro 800 mcg (metagenics lab) am only Multi vitamin - nutricology am only Vit A 2500IU Vit C 300 mg Vit D3 400 IU Thiamine 15 mg Riboflavin 15 mg Niacin 20 mg Vit B6 30 mg Vit B12 100mcg Folic acd 100mcg Biotin 100 mcg Pantothenic Acid 30 mg Iodine 100 mcg Lemon bioflavonoid complex 50 mg Rutin 50 mg PABA 15 mcg Inositol 30 mg Choline Bitartrate 30 mg Multi mineral - nutricology am only Calcium citrate 83 mg Ferric Ammonium Citrate 6 mg Zinc citrate 10 mg Magnesium Glycinate 83 mg Selenium 33 mcg Manganese Sulfate 5 mg Copper Sulfate 0.5 mg Chromium Amino acid complex 133 mcg Sodium Molybdate 83 mcg Potassium Chloride 33 mg Boric Acid 333 mcg Vandium Pentoxide 67 mcg Glutamic Acid 67 mg ---- Lauri Goodwin <lauri.goodwin@...> wrote: > Have you ever listed, for the group, what supplements and medications you > are on.
