maybe some others of you might have some suggestions for Lynne.  please read below. On Sat, Jul 24, 2010 at 12:00 AM, <lynnesmiley@...> wrote:

Good idea.  Though I have always had benign or opposite reactions to meds since childhood.  I think the infant/early childhood trauma did something to my brain chemistry because sleep meds either do not work on me at all or cause insomnia.  I took Ambien two nights in a row.  Ended up with migraines and rebound insomnia.  It felt like a biochemical war was going on in my brain - very weird sensation.  Opiates don't work on me, benzos do.

The B6 in the multi is too much for me.  I need to find a good quality multi with less.  I am also on a rotation diet switching all the foods every other day.  This diet has reduced pain and fatigue quite a bit for me.  I have gone gluten free for 4 months - no change with being gluten free or being back on gluten every other day.  I am on 80% organic and no GMO products.

Meds:  I was sleeping well on the evening meds before LDN.

prevacid - 30 mg  pm only  I skip this one if I don't need it

Clonazepam .25 mg pm only

doxepin 25 mg pm only  - I've been on this for 19 years.  Gone off 3 times and had to go back on.  Cannot get deep sleep or

        maintain decent mood without it.

metformin XR 500 am and pm - this one I could probably drop

Revatio 20 mg 3x/day - same drug as viagara - needed for pulmonary hypertension
