Feeling awful after increasing LDN and chemical sensitivities.

Hi all

I have been on LDN for 8 weeks now and was starting to see improvements but have

been really ill for the past ten days. I have CFS and numerous allergies and

chemical sensitivities. I started with 1.5 mg and gradually went up. I went up

to 2.8 ten days ago. Is this too high for me and could this be why I have been

so ill? I am not sure if it is an adjustment period and I need to go through it

or if it means the dose is to high. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I also wondered if anyone has had success with lDN and allergies, in particular

severe chemical sensitivities?
