I alternate between 4.0 mg and 4.5 mg every day. Since

I sometimes travel outside the country for varying periods of time, I

have an Rx for each dose. That gives me a 6 month supply instead of 3

months. I take LDN in the morning, usually between 9:30 am and 10:30

am, occasionally skipping a day, especially if it gets too close to

11:00 am or if otherwise I'd have to take it before 9:00 am if I leave

the house early. I have never noticed a difference. I take it to

enhance my immune system and it has practically eliminated my

allergies. My asthma is no longer automatically activated when I catch

a cold which I hardly get anymore.
