Everything I read lately says that soy - with the exception of fermented - is a bad bad thing so you should look into negative value of soy milk and perhaps switch to almond milk or goat milk, if you need to have milk. Also, latest thinking is that cholesterol is not the bad guy - our bodies make cholesterol and need cholesterol. This has been a drug company hype designed to sell statins. The real problem is inflammation. Where's that coming from? Barbara Lochner
