Hi - have been reading but not posted before. I have been on LDN for about a

month and a half now. Had to start off really low as was completely 'wiped' the

next day. I have got up to 1.5 mls now but am feeling rather 'on edge ' all the

time, heart rate is a bit increased sometimes too.

Just wondered if anyone else had felt anything similar. I have a job getting

off to sleep but sleep well once there, dreams are more but not disturbing.

I have had more energy on a few days, so hoping for an improvement. I have had

ME for over 20 years, would welcome any comments please.
