Took me weeks of crazy dreams and interrupted sleep until it subsided. I also had a headache for the first two weeks, and also never get headaches. When the headache finally subsided my doctor suggested I up my dose to 4.5 mg. The headache came back and didn't go away for the whole month I was at that dose. He suggested I go back to the lower dose (2.25mg). I've gone back to the lower dose and no more headache.
