Guest guest
Hi Folks, I've not been here for a while now, and have been taking LDN for a little more than 3 months. I just read something about LDN having something to do with Candida. A few weeks ago, the medical intuitive I'm working with said I'm dealing with Candida. I'm taking Candida Clear by the NOW supplement co., and although frustrated dealing with MS and Candida now, and not always feeling so great; not sure what to eat. Have gone online to check for recipes and foods to combat and work with Candida, but it is so frustrating for me, as MS has affected my brain; so simple is better. I'm frustrated, because incorrect information was online as to rye, barley, garbanzo bean flour, and xanthum gum being foods/substances used for Candida; but this is not true. Went to Whole foods and purchased those products, then found out that they weren't right to use; which is not nice to find out. Simple and straight forward is better for me, but also, when one doesn't feel well enough to prepare a meal; then what? I am continuing to take LDN faithfully though. The neurologist isn't aware of it, but the PCP is; for she wrote the script. I told her recently, that it has made a difference; and that I no longer take injections of copaxone. If anyone has any simple solutions/suggestions/ideas, they'd like to pass along, please do; for I'm open to any way that I can deal better with Candida. I have to say though, that despite not feeling very well at times and the nerve pain in back of my head, and back pain; that LDN has helped in ways that the injectable med never did. I would much rather take a 3mg capsule that helps me to feel and function better, that a 20mg injection that doesn't. My head used to feel heavy and have a sort of sick feeling, it doesn't feel that way anymore. Also, when feeling better, have had more energy, and been able to accomplish a little more; since taking LDN. I wish everyone well and to be safe also. Take care,
Guest guest
And , 3 months is only the beginning. More good things are likely to happen, keep looking out for them. Good luck and good for you for stopping Copaxone, your body is bound to be grateful.
