Thanks, .. thank you for understanding limited means and the extreme frustration it causes at times. There are many things I would like to do and take, however, it is just not in the budget at this time. They have Rice Milk at Trader Joes, however, to me the sugar content was pretty high and the protein content very low. I deal with chronic yeast so I try to limit sugar to apples, carrots, etc... however, if soy is as bad as everyone is saying and it could be blocking my Armour Thyroid and Adrenal supplement then that is NOT a good thing and a waste of money. I will try the Rice Milk again. I drink about 8 oz a day of Rice Milk. Goat Milk when you can find it is so expensive. There is a Whole Foods near me, I will check out there Rice Milk and compare it to Trader Joes. I read an alert I think from Mercola that

Whole Foods had to recall their Kombucha, it had alcohol in it! I had to laugh. I bought a bottle a few months ago and got drunk on it and was unable to drive home. I have problems with fermented problems they create yeast in my body. And people with gut yeast problems can get "drunk" from sugar, the body creates alcohol. So, I thought that was what happened with the Kombucha.. nope turns out it had alcohol in it. And the woman at Whole Foods thought I was crazy when I told her I got drunk on the Kombucha!"Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow"."
