Guest guest Posted July 26, 2010 Report Share Posted July 26, 2010 Just rec'd e-newsletter from Dr Murphree & he recommends 500-800 mg of magnesium for restless leg. If you still have the problem, increase by 150 mg until leg is quieted...and/or, to bowel tolerance..ie loose stool..then drop back the 150 mg until regular stool.
