Guest guest Posted September 4, 2010 Report Share Posted September 4, 2010 Because LDN caused sleep disturbances, I started taking it in the morning instead of at night. But having just read the files, it seems that it will be less effective. File said 70% of activity at night, 30% in day. So, have I been wasting my time taking it in the morning? Two weeks without sleep is hard to tolerate, if in fact the problem will even go away after two weeks. When I tried to read old messages related to sleep on this forum, it brought up too many to display. Guess it really is a problem for many people.
