Need some encouragement to start LDN

Recently came across LDN and thinking about starting it. Concerned that it will

be another circle of hope then doubt then disappointment as has been the case of

other things I have tried. I have a 'mystery' digestive illness. I say " mystery "

because as yet I have had no diagnosis despite numerous tests although there may

be a slight similarity with IBS. I would be keen to hear from anyone who has IBS

or similar who has noticed a real and sustained benefit from LDN please.
