Turning 4.5mg pills into 1.5mg dose

Are they pills or capsules ? Assuming they're pills you can just

empty the contents into a glass of water or other drink. 1.5mg is one

third of 4.5mg so use say 300ml of water. Mix thoroughly and drink

100ml each night.

Take 15 ml for one capsule.pour the capsule and shake it

good.keep in the fridge and draw every night 5 ml with a syringe without needle

,put it in some water and drink it.
