Hi!

I have ulcerative colitis, I am taking LDN and just found

out I am pregnant, which fits with a flare-up that started over a week ago for

no apparent reason. Is anyone else with UC who is or was pregnant, did you have

flare-ups when first finding out? Did it last the whole time, or just the

beginning, like its own version of morning sickness? Also, has or is anyone

taking LDN while pregnant and if so how is that working out?

I am not too concerned with my flare so far, and I do pretty

much think it has to do with the pregnancy, because I have been very strict on

SCD, exercise, etc to keep my UC in remission, until just last week.

Any help would be appreciated, this is my first pregnancy

and with U.C. I hope it won’t be too troublesome. Thanks! Cathleen

You will want to go to Blogtalkradio and listen to Dr. Phil Boyle from 7/21/2009

on Bradley's Show. He uses LDN in his clinic for fertility and throughout

the pregnancies. He probably has more experience with this than anybody else in

the world. You can find it as the featured episode here:

Congratulations and don't stop the LDN if you don't have to.
