Guest guest Posted June 24, 2010 Report Share Posted June 24, 2010 I take LDN to enhance my immune system. I have asthma that gets activated whenever I catch a cold or other bug. Since being on LDN for two years, I was able to stop taking all steroid inhalers and only used them for a week or two when I caught the only cold I have had during this time. If I feel my allergies need any help, a simple anti-histamine does the trick. All my allergies have almost disappeared.
