New to the group - please provide your insight...thank you

Hi,

I'm new to the group. I've reseached LDN for almost a year now. But have still have not taken it.

Long story short I am suffering from Crohns/Ulcerative Colitis. I am currently taking Asacol.

I am on the scd diet. I had a bad flare up last Sept that pretty much lasted till Jan - until I did the prep for a colonoscopy. I was fine till last Sunday. It seems as the case in Sept was somehow related to when I started running again. Anyway, I am thinking of going off the Asacol and just trying LDN. Today I am putting myself through a prep again - hoping for a better week and getting rid of whatever caused this flare up. Any advice, support, ideas you can provide me on how to move forward, WHat I should or should not do... your experience with LDN etc.
