Sorry I forgot to mention it earlier. I don't have high BP so that factoid didn't stick in my head so strong. As for your question ... I would have to go back and read the articles to know. And I would actually suggest if you are considering using DLPA you should do a little online research/reading yourself, always better to go to the source than to get it second hand from me or others speaking from memory. I always do a ton before trying something new. It makes me feel better.
