thyroid and other problems

I have been taking LDN since October 2009 and feel my health has improved.Have suffered with Low thyroid for 18 years the past 3 being bad.My thyroid blood tests were good and I could even reduce thyroxine slightly.

I have a couple of questions and would be grateful for any help

1. I have to have some dental treatment and will have a local anasthetic and wondered should I stop the LDN before the Novocaine (or whatever its called)

2. I have now another autoimmune problem called Lichen Planus in my scalp and mouth. I am devasted as I have lost most of my beautiful hair.This was diagnosed the week I started the LDN and I am afraid the LDN does not appear to have helped in this dedartment.I just wondered if anyone had any advice on this also.
