Who has used 5HTP ..for what...did it help?

I have seen a few mentions of 5HTP and am wondering if any of you have used it.

Do you use it along with LDN?

What condition did you use it for.....and has it helped you.

I currently am taking nothing but natural supplements.

I have seen that it should not be used with SSRIs.Are there any contraindications for using 5HTP with other things, that you know of?
