Guest guest Posted July 3, 2010 Report Share Posted July 3, 2010 Hello Group Does anyone have any insight in stepping down on Lortabs in order to start LDN. My wife has been taking Lortabs for several years to deal with back surgery pain plus the added benefit to help with the Crohn's. We have stepped her down, but am not sure how long she should be totally off of the Lortabs before starting. Our family physician said that since the half life for Lortab is only 4-5 hours that he thought that if she took some 12 hours after the Lortab that it should be ok since the LDN would only block any residual effect of the Lortab.
