Substitute for: Crave Arrest By Designs for health

Does anyone already do a substitute for this supplement? My Dr recenlty

" prescribed " this, do to low Serotonin levels. He wants me to take 3 capsules a

day, which means the conainter will last me about 1 and 1/3 months! Therefore

this is going to cost me about $1/day!!

I am looking for an alternative means to take pretty much the same meds but at a

much lower cost! I know I could find these " ingredients " at

Vitacost/Swanson/IHerb etc but that is such a hodgepodge way to go about this an

more cumbersome besides time consuming!
