I would just like to add a caveat! Herbs, Amino's, etc are still medicine and one must use them carefully. In the past I thought oh, it is natural, it is safe to take. Not for everyone, you must use your own good judgement and be cautious with anything you take we are all different. St 's Wort made me more depressed the same with Passion Flower. Valerian was a night mare. After three days of taking it for sleep at a very low dosage my FM and energy was so bad I could not get off the floor. SAMe is not good for people who have Bi Polar disorder it can make you go manic the same as Prozac can. I used to work for a Natural Health Magazine doing

research on alternative treatments. I feel there is a place for both in our healing journey. LDN is medicine , however, I take it and trust it. I take Gabba and Inositol for sleep. We must each be our own health advocate and find out what works for our body IMO. I have found there is no one size fits all in the road to recovering our health. Sadly insurance barely covers traditional medicine and will not pay as stated in another post for herbs and supplements that work as well or better than drugs. "Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow"."
