,Based on what I have learned from Dr. Zagon it is perfectly alright to use LDN with Mitxantrone. In fact LDN will assist in its antineoplastic effects, and LDN could helpyou have reduced negative side effects from the therapy.I think it would be a good idea for you to ask Dr. Zagon yourself. Mitoxantron is an immunosuppressant, and as such it is generally recommended to be off LDN for 2 weeks prior to taking Mitoxantron.
